Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
**2. Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:
- Provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

Upon receiving your request, we will review the issue and, if approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
